Istanbul: The Amir HH Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al-Thani discussed with President of the Republic of Turkey HE Recep Tayyip Erdogan the strategic bilateral relations between the two countries, and the means to enhance them in all fields.
This took place during a work luncheon banquet held today by HE the Turkish President in honor of HH the Amir at Wahid Al Din Palace in Istanbul.
The meeting also dealt with exchanging views on all developments regionally and internationally, in addition to a number of issues of joint interest.
The meeting was attended by Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs HE Sheikh Mohammed bin Abdulrahman Al-Thani, Chief of the Amiri Diwan HE Sheikh Saoud bin Abdulrahman Al-Thani, and on the Turkish side by Minister of Foreign Affairs HE Mevlut Cavusoglu, and Minister of Interior HE Suleyman Soylu.
