H E Ali Shareef Al Emadi, Minister of Finance, met with representatives of the US Chamber of Commerce on the sidelines of the IMF and World Bank Spring Meetings in Washington DC.
During the meeting, the Minister reiterated Qatar’s efforts to encourage foreign direct investment and discussed recent Qatari investments in the US.
The Minister also met with US Secretary of the Treasury, Steven Mnuchin, and discussed areas of cooperation between the two countries.
