Doha: The Ministry of Economy and Commerce, in cooperation with Mannai Trading Co., dealer of Cadillac cars in Qatar, has recalled 2013-2015 Cadillac ATS vehicles due to a defect in the interior glass anti-fog system.
The ministry said the recall comes within the framework of ongoing coordination and follow-up by the ministry to ascertain the extent of car dealerships' commitment to follow up vehicles' defects and repair them to protect consumers' rights.
The ministry also stressed that it will coordinate with the dealership to follow up maintenance and repair operations and will communicate with customers to ensure implementation of the procedures to fix defects.
The Ministry of Economy and Commerce urged all consumers to report any irregularities by communicating the Consumer Protection Department, which receives complaints, suggestions and inquiries through its channels of communication.
