Sunrisers beat Daredevils by three wickets

New Delhi: Sunrisers Hyderabad beat Delhi Daredevils by three wickets here at the Ferozshah Kotla yesterday.

The home team won the toss and made 114/8 in their quota of 20 overs, which was chased down by the Sunrisers in 19.2 overs.

Delhi suffered their fourth consecutive defeat and are placed ninth and last in the points table of the sixth edition of the Indian Premier League (IPL). The visitors on the other hand won their third game in four matches.

For Delhi, Wicketkeeper Kedhar Jadhav was the top scorer for the hosts with 30 off 20 balls.

Dale Steyn, Ishant Sharma, and Thisara Perara all picked up two wickets each while Anand Rajan and Amit Mishra chipped in with a wicket each. AGENCIES
