DOHA: The Ministry of Interior has concluded the eighth session of preparing national trainers to enhance their skills. The two-week course took place at the Capital Security Department headquarters (CSD) and was attended by 20 officers from several departments of the ministry.
Lieutenant Colonel Mohamed Saad, Head, Administrative Affairs Section, CSD, said the course aimed to enhance participants’ skills and qualify national cadres.
The course included lectures on modern theories of learning and how to apply them in training and how to choose the appropriate training style. A lecture on training styles and how to benefit from them and how to use the body language in training meetings was also held.The Peninsula
