Minister of Labour H E Dr. Ali bin Smaikh Al Marri, who is also Chairman of the National Committee for Combating Human Trafficking, chaired the committee's first periodic meeting in 2023 yesterday.
During the meeting, they reviewed a set of proposals aimed at enhancing protection and support for victims of human trafficking, supporting the role of the National Committee in Combating Human Trafficking, and enhancing joint cooperation between the relevant authorities.
