Doha: The 9th Senyar Festival will conclude its activities today at the Katara Beach.
The event will witness the finals of the Haddaq and Lifah championships and the coronation of the winners.
The awarding ceremonies will be at 4pm.
Katara seeks, through its organisation of heritage festivals, to preserve the authentic Qatari heritage, and the Senyar Festival has become a vital event in the Qatari maritime heritage, with all the richness and originality of this heritage, and the wonderful atmosphere it provides that connects today’s generations with their authentic past.
