Brussels: Amir H H Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani sent a written message to President of the European Council H E Charles Michel, pertaining to the bilateral relations and ways of enhancing and developing them.
The message was handed over by Ambassador of the State of Qatar to the European Union and the North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO), H E Abdulaziz bin Ahmed Al Malki, during his meeting yesterday with Foreign Policy Advisor to the President of the European Council H E Manon Barthod.
