Customer service training

The Ministry of Municipality and Environment, represented by the Center for Environmental and Municipal Studies, recently concluded a training course under the theme “Excellence on Customer Service.” A total of 15 employees from Customer Service Departments in different municipalities participated in the course which continued for five days accumulating a total of 20 training hours.
According to evaluation at the end of the course, eight of the participants were graded excellent, six obtained very good and one good rating.
Dr Mohammed Saif Al Kuwari, Director of Center for Environmental and Municipal Studies at the Ministry honoured the participants.
