Doha, Qatar: The Supreme Judiciary Council (SJC) hosting on Wednesday (yesterday) and Thursday (today) the second meeting of the technical office committee for the supreme and cassation courts in the GCC states, which will be held within the framework of the topics of the meeting of Their Excellencies the Presidents of the Supreme and Cassation Courts in the GCC states.
The meeting will discuss a number of judicial topics, most notably the mechanism for integrating databases of judicial principles issued by the Supreme and Cassation Courts in the GCC states, sharing them, and generalizing their use in supporting the methodology for issuing judicial rulings in Gulf courts.
