Doha, Qatar: The Ministry of Awqaf and Islamic Affairs has launched its specialised Quranic initiative, the “Tamkeen” programme.
Designed to encourage the continuous narration and recitation of the Holy Quran, the programme provides structured Quranic circles where participants can demonstrate their memorisation. The initiative is open to the general male public, provided that applicants have fully mastered their chosen recitation track and commit to attending their scheduled sessions on time.
To accommodate different levels of memorisation, the ministry has established four distinct tracks for participants.
