Doha: The temporary committee to study and analyse the electoral programmes of the Shura Council’s candidates during the election period held yesterday a meeting chaired by Deputy Speaker of the Council and Chairperson of the Committee H E Dr. Hamda bint Hassan Al Sulaiti.
During the meeting, the committee discussed the stages of work, the mechanism of programme analysis and classification, and ways of arranging and presenting them to the Council in an integrated manner to take the necessary action. The committee studies the electoral programmes submitted by the candidates for membership in the Shura Council during the election period.
It considers all programmes, whether those submitted by those who later won membership, or those who were not fortunate, in order to benefit from the programmes, suggestions and visions presented by the candidates.
