Doha: Health Monitoring Section of Al Rayyan Municipality recorded 56 violations during inspection of food outlets last month.
The Municipality also closed six outlets for violating Law No. 8 of 1990 for regulating foods, said the Ministry of Municipality in a statement. A total of 33 food samples were sent to central laboratory for tests.
The municipality officials made 3,565 inspection visits to food outlets during November.
