Doha: The Ministry of Interior's Strategic Planning Department launched Monday a survey on the services of the General Directorate of Border Passports and Expatriates Affairs department at the ministry.
The initiative is part of the ministry's continuous effort to rate and improve its different services. Over the course of the week, the strategic planning department will present a survey questionnaires to employees who deal with the Border Passports and Expatriates Affairs. The goal of the survey is to determine the speed of the service and ability to respond to different questions.
The strategic planning department urged the employees to share their constructive opinions to aid the Ministry of Interior's continuous effort to improve services.
