Ezdan Hotels Company staff during the celebration of World Earth Day.
DOHA: Ezdan Hotels Company, a subsidiary of Ezdan Holding Group, has celebrated World Earth Day, an annual event celebrated on April 22 each year, on which Ezdan Hotel West Bay and The Curve Hotel had organized an event for their personnel and guests to grow plants in front of their towers, in pursuit of supporting environmental issues and celebrating World Earth Day.
On this occasion, Wael Al Telbani, General Manager of Ezdan Hotels, said: “Stemming from our belief in social responsibility principles, we have been keen to participate with the assistance of Ezdan Hotel West Bay and The Curve Hotel in such a global event.
We will maintain taking incessant efforts to support environmental issues and advocate natural resources preservation through benefitting from all opportunities and events concerned with raising awareness and incentivizing interaction with everything that affects the environment among both employees or guests and visitors.”
“Our participation in celebrating this day is rendered as a remarkable contribution, where we have been able to unite and gather our guests and personnel around one cause, and although it is a minor contribution to the social responsibility field, we hope that such efforts will inspire others and trigger their positive contributions in other ecological issues,” he added.
It is worth mentioning that Ezdan Holding Group owns and operates three luxury hotels in Qatar, namely; Ezdan Hotel West Bay Hotel, comprising of 3000 hotel room and suites, the 5-star Ezdan Palace Hotel of 600-rooms in addition to the Curve Hotel.
