Doha: The Embassy of India has announced ‘Bharat Ko Janiye’ (Know India) Quiz 2020–21.
Bharat Ko Janiye (BKJ) Quiz contest is one of the important initiatives of the Government of India to engage Indian diaspora and Friends of India, said the Embassy in a statement.
The quiz will be organised online and will have four rounds. It will be held for three categories of participants – Persons of Indian Origin, Non Resident Indians and foreign nationals (in the age group of 18-35 yrs only).
Registration for the quiz is open from September 30, 2020 and will remain open till the start of First Round. There will be four rounds of the quiz in online mode. The 1st round will be open to everyone. Winners from each country will get Gold, Silver and Bronze medals.
The 2nd round will be for winners of 1st round participate and the 3rd round will be for top 10 contenders of second round participate – total 30 participants. The 4th & final round (from December 21 to 27, 2020) – Top 7 contenders of 3rd round will participate – total 21 participants. Final round winners – 5 in each category will be invited for Bharat Darshan (India Tour).
