MES Indian School celebrates Teachers’ Day with pomp

MES Indian School celebrated Teachers’ Day with traditional pomp and gaiety. A felicitation ceremony was conducted to honour teachers, in which they were complimented and lauded for the noble service they render for the betterment of young students. At a function organised on the occasion, A P Khaleel, Director, Cultural/Co-Curricular Activities, MES Indian School governing board, extolled the teachers for being role models to their students and appreciated the selfless service rendered by them towards the noble cause of dispelling the darkness of ignorance from the minds of students.
The School Principal Hameeda Kadar appealed to the teachers to rededicate themselves and serve for the cause of education with a renewed zeal and enthusiasm. She urged the teaching community to take students beyond textbooks and empower them to think critically and analytically in order to face challenges ahead.
