Doha: Prime Minister and Interior Minister H E Sheikh Abdullah bin Nasser bin Khalifa Al Thani attended the opening of the Second Doha International Conference to discuss the problems of the deaf and blind (dual disability) at Doha Marriott Hotel yesterday. The three-day event is organised by Arab Union for the Blind.
Senior officials, heads of diplomatic missions, representatives of civil society organisations and governments and experts from Qatar, Arab and foreign countries and World Federation of the Deafblind are taking part.QNA
