Doha: The Ministry of Culture, represented by its Music Affairs, Theater Affairs, Nomas centres, has organised events accompanying the FIFA Arab Cup Qatar 2021, including educational, entertainment, and heritage activities, as part of the ministry’s support to its cultural and specialised centres.
Writer Abdel Rahim Al Seddiqi, Director-General of the Theater Affairs Center, said that on the occasion of the Arab Cup, and to celebrate the arrival of the Arab brothers to Qatar the Theater Affairs Center will hosts the Kuwaiti humorous play “the difficult task".
He said the preparations are now underway to present the theatrical play from December 09 to 12 at the Drama Theater of the Cultural Village Foundation Katara.
Khaled Al Salem, Director of the Music Affairs Center, said that the centre will organise many activities on the sidelines of the 2021 FIFA Arab Cup Qatar, including performing some songs at the Corniche for the fans, in the context of ensuring the national spirit among fans of the various participating Arab countries.
He pointed out the centre will cover all stadiums throughout the Arab Cup, where the musicians will perform shows for fans before and after the matches at the stadiums and the Qatar Rail stations.
Salah Al Mannai, Director of Nomas Center, said that the centre participates in events in Al Bayt Stadium and 974 Stadium, through organising a Majlis for old poetry house containing all the traditional tools that are used in poetry houses.
