The Ministry of Environment’s Agricultural Affairs Department yesterday issued a photograph showing an infected mango which was part of imported shipments it destroyed. The ministry destroyed 68 tonnes of food items due to bad quality after inspecting 5,469 consignments weighing over 66,000 tonnes, reports Al Sharq.
