HEC Paris in Qatar Executive MBA Class of 2024.
Doha: HEC Paris, one of the world’s leading business schools, welcomed the new cohort of 36 executives to its Executive MBA (EMBA) Class of 2024. The launch event was recently held at the school’s technology-advanced Doha campus in Msheireb Downtown.
The new EMBA cohort comprises executives from diverse professional backgrounds and industries, across a variety of public and private sector organisations and economic activities including oil and gas, finance, education, technology, government, healthcare, and facilities management, among others.
Participants are currently employed at major organisations including Qatar Shell, the National Development Fund, Texas A & M University, Qatar ministries, the Qatar Financial Centre Regulatory Authority, Google, the Qatar Gas Transport Company Nakilat, Facility Management & Maintenance, or Exxon Mobil Qatar.
More than 40 percent of the incoming class are residents from outside of Qatar.
Welcoming the new cohort, Dr. Pablo Martin de Holan, Dean of HEC Paris in Qatar, said: “The vast diversity of the participants’ background and life experiences in this cohort provides a unique opportunity to expand networks, gain a deeper understanding of the challenges and opportunities across diverse economic landscapes, and explore operational areas in sectors beyond their own.
