Emir H H Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani sent a verbal message to the President of the Russian Federation, Vladimir Putin, pertaining to bilateral relations between the two countries and means of enhancing and developing them.
The message was conveyed by H H the Personal Representative of the Emir Sheikh Jassim bin Hamad Al Thani during a meeting with Russian President’s Special Representative for the Middle East and Africa and Deputy Foreign Minister Mikhail Bogdanov in Moscow.
