Emir H H Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani has received a written message from President of the Republic of Kyrgyzstan, Almazbek Atambayev, pertaining to bilateral relations and means of boosting them. The Ambassador of the Republic of Kyrgyzstan to Qatar, Nuran Niyazaliev, handed over the message during a meeting with Minister of State for Foreign Affairs H E Sultan bin Saad Al Muraikhi yesterday.
