DOHA: Aspire Active recently concluded its “Power Game” challenge, which took place on April 28 at Aspire Dome. After completing the initial stage of qualifiers, only twenty contenders made it to the finals.
The finalists went head to head and gave their all time best to earn the ultimate bragging rights as Aspire Active’s first “Power Game” champion. The competition was divided into two categories; under 85KG and over 85KG.
All throughout April, participants were assigned with attempting to complete challenging exercises, both mentally and physically within a limited time.
The top twenty contenders who scored the best times qualified for the final stage last Saturday, where each participant had to go through a very demanding obstacle course which was specifically designed for the competition, with the goal of testing the contenders in many different levels.
Several fitness stations were put into place, testing each contender’s strength, endurance and power levels. The top three with the best times for each category received amazing prizes, which included Aspire Active memberships and a variety of products from sponsors Sports Corner & Vita Coco.
