250 abandoned vehicles removed

DOHA: The Internal Security Force (Lekhwiya) has conducted intensive inspection campaign to remove abandoned vehicles in all areas in the country.

The drive conducted in collaboration with the Ministry of Municipality and Environment, and till now it has removed 250 vehicles from only Doha Municipality. Saleh Al Kuwari, Deputy Head of the Committee, asked people not to leave their vehicles in public places.

The committee started the drive in Doha Municipality in March 11 and will continue its works to be include other municipalities.
