Katara’s QatArt Makers workshops to promote artistic talents

Doha: The Cultural Village Foundation — Katara will organise a series of workshops titled QatArt Makers in Katara Art Studios tomorrow. 

The foundation announced that the first workshop on the art of philography (drawing with threads and nails) is exclusively for those who are over 10 years. The second workshop on screen printing will be for those who are 11 years and  over. Those who are eight and over will benefit from a workshop on manual embroidering of gemstones.

In addition, Big paper flowers workshop will only be devoted to those whose age shall be 13 and over. Those between 10 and 12 years  shall be accompanied by adults as a prerequisite to attend the event.

Katara Art Studios intend to promote the diverse artistic hobbies and talents, through their various events and activities, for people of different age categories in pursuit of opening artistic windows under the supervision of most talented innovators and artists.
